All Inclusive Rate: Please note that the resident^s rent includes room and board, personal care, nursing care as needed, MD onsite visits, (based on insurance) Three meals daily plus two snacks. Personal laundry is free as well as a cable equipped color TV at each bed. Also included in the basic rate are all linens, soaps, regular shampoos. 

Each resident also has full use of their building^s library and living rooms, as well as all outdoor patios.

Admission Fee: An admission fee equal to one month^s rent is due in full at the time of admission.

Late Charge: A late charge will be assessed on all rents received after business hours on the fifth (5th) day of the month. This charge will be equal to six percent (6%) of the total bill.

Prorated Rooms: All residents admitted to the facility during any month will be billed a prorated amount on the next month^s billing.

Residential care facilities are licensed by the State of California. Also, all residential care facilities must be inspected yearly, the same as nursing homes. Residential care facilities also have an ombudsman assigned by the state, just as nursing homes do.
